Here we have a fine example of one of our many balcony re-build projects. With 316 stainless handrails, clear pine treated 6x6 posts, frosted glass sides & a fibre glass finish with internal box gutter. All trades completed in-house.

Our new project has started! 🎉

The property is undergoing a full external renovation, inclusive of all new facias, soffits, felt & EPS trays and a full decoration package.

All new rainwater goods and a full traditional sand & cement render. With a full roof clean from 🚿.

We’re also completely replacing the balcony with new flexitech 2020 GRP with a fresh new tinted glass balustrade.

This one is going to have some serious curb appeal…
