Very excited to have been asked to renovate this amazing garden in T. Wells. First things first, showing the nearby sycamore tree who's boss before several thousand of its kids move in permanently. Its troubling how satisfying I find pulling weeds out with their roots intact. Message me if you have unwanted visitors in your garden (as long as they don't have legs or arms) x

Here’s a lovely staple to add to your garden - alchemilla mollis - especially beautiful after all this rain as it holds drops of water like quicksilver in its leaves. Later in the season it will bear sprays of lime-yellow flowers. Grows pretty much anywhere and self-seeds freely, so you may even have a friend that will let you have a few seedlings from their borders at this time of year x

The front of this customer's house needed some love. Roses now pruned to encourage them to climb over the doorway, dying shrub removed to allow the window to do what windows should, and weeds dispatched. Consider scented plants by a door or window - a daphne will be perfect here, and sweet peas to climb the bare lower stems of the roses, providing a hit of summer fragrance.
