Whole bathroom renovation in Twickenham. New ceiling / spots / extractor, fully tiled, recessed tiled shelving, bespoke open storage with built in lighting, spray finished solid oak bath panel with the corner bath (not simply a mere oak veneer), fitted vanity furniture, heated mirror with charging point, new radiator with integrated towel rails, quartz window sills, 10mm glass shower screen, large tray virtually level with the porcelain tiled floor finish, built in shower valve with diverters allowing use of fixed head / removable head / both heads simultaneously. Very pleased with the end results here!

2 storey, full gable wall side extension with fitted kitchen. Here we created 2 large bedrooms upstairs (thereby creating a decent amount of new loft storage) whilst improving the arrangement and size of the existing 3 bedrooms. Downstairs we created a long kitchen / diner to the rear and a dedicated library at the front for some very eager young readers!

We were then able to create a self contained living room in the existing space which remained downstairs. We spent a good amount of time trawling through brick libraries and suppliers to get the closest match possible and toothed in the new brickwork with the existing as per the clients requirements. We also ended up virtually rewiring the whole house as we did the new electrical install. The clients were especially nice on this project 😀. And we were able to fully complete the project in good order between the start of the Easter term and the end of the summer term for these lovely people (before they went on summer holiday!).

Fitted alcove furniture. I spray finished these with white lacquer (60% sheen). Raised mouldings on the doors. And some additional broom cupboard storage for good measure!

Loft renovation in central Twickenham. Existing insulation removed where required and replaced with new between existing ceiling joists. Fire hoods fitted over first floor spotlight fittings. New raised floor structure built off existing and an additional 200mm of insulation installed between new joists. Tongued and grooved boarding with staggered joints forming a new easily accessible deck throughout the entire loft. Newly insulated hatch with lined opening and draught excluders. Light switch and socket moved to convenient location and new lighting added.

Set of 6 fire doors in whitton with door furniture and fire rated hinges. Old door stops removed and new fire rated stops fitted. Damage to frames repaired, made good and painted. Doors spray finished in white satinwood.
