A stunning fully tiled wet room styled bathroom. All the appliances were built in giving a quality feel throughout, concealed brushed brass fixtures were used and large format tiles that were mitred on the corners to prevent the use of tile trims. A freshly plastered ceiling, spot lights, a new extraction fan and an arch mirror were also fitted.

Removed an old oil combi boiler that came to the end of its life, replaced it with an efficient LPG combination boiler, wireless programmable room thermostat and a magnetic filter to protect the boiler.

Removed an old hot water cylinder with a back boiler and replaced it for an efficient condensing combi boiler with instant hot water, a magnet filter and wireless programmable room thermostat.

A new efficient vaillant system boiler installed to replace an old non condensing boiler, installed a magnet filter to protect the boiler, flushed the system and installed a condense pump as there was no drain close by.
