A good size outbuilding/ garden room can be built without needing planning permission.

Certain rules do apply but are generally acceptable.

If larger rooms/ offices etc are needed we can apply for all the permissions on your behalf.

Heres the latest one we are currently working on. Nearly complete just got the last few trims to go on with finishing touches.

This is a golden oak upvc cladding, the customer wanted to match with existing windows and doors and the match was perfect!!

Ready to be landscaped later on in the summer
