Removal and replacement of a bathroom floor. Added timber to support partitions and units that were not supported properly and was able to go joist to joist under floor to support existing flooring which had been cut. Installed Wayrock t&g flooring to finish.

Next step is to get the shower tray back in. The original is being reinstalled and was on adjustable legs so for extra support I will create a timber frame.

External pvc door installation. Old door was replaced with a second hand pvc door. Needed to be adapted to fit the existing opening and door size. Bit of work in the trim but finished off and looks good.

Existing ceiling grid tiles removed, ceiling framed and ceiling panels installed.

Customer asked me to add to the existing storage and create more wardrobe space with no gaps to fill the wall. Made some new storage to match the existing material and added new taller doors and made doors to fit the requirements. Think we got it spot on.

Simple but pretty effective end result.

Built in wardrobes fitted. Designed to customer specifications and requirements. Added white melamine furniture panel filler pieces at the sides and finished of with custom trim to match in with sliding door trim.

Media wall with t.v panel and walnut acoustic wall panneling. Finished of with some changeable back lighting.

MDF stair stringers made and fitted. Finished with a new modern handrail.

New pvc windows installed. Finished of with some curved framing and plasterboard finish.

06/10/2025

MDF pipe boxing. Framed and finished with 12mm MDF. Ready to be painted.
