Ollie our new apprentice receiving his new toolkit. Big thanks to Richard at Smart Merchants Ltd for organising.

When a young person starts out on their working life journey and decides to become an Electricians Apprentice, it takes a bit of time to accumulate a proper set of tools to allow them to function properly.
In recognition of this Fegime UK, generously supported by Airflow Developments, Carl Kammerling International Ltd and Schneider Electric have produced an Apprentice Toolkit to support them on their journey.
Smart Merchants are proud to present our first Apprentice tool kit to Oliver Barnaby of Rose Thomas Electrical Services who attends North Hertfordshire College in Stevenage and likes baked beans for breakfast.
Having seen his employer Tom’s journey, from apprentice to business owner, it is easy to see that having apprentices in your business is vital for the future of our industry.
Congratulations to Oliver and don’t leave them in a loft or under the floorboards.
