Very excited to have been able to produce a bespoke reserved sleeper for a client in Bermuda. With the help from Cutter Profiles UK Ltd, creating a large custom cutter to fit our new 100x125mm spindle block from Whitehill Spindle Tools Ltd used to produce the triangular notches in the product, and
PB Hardwoods Ltd for supplying some beautiful Black American Walnut.

Great to be supplied by and support small British family businesses and products manufactured in the UK. Producing high quality products demanded all over the world.

Can't wait to see them finished and in their final location.

So recently I serviced and tuned our 100w Co2 CNC laser machine. While doing so a curious friend asked what would happen if you decided to put some of your extremities into the beam.

Although I know what the outcome would be I was now curious and couldn't think of a better way of dividing up one rasher of bacon for my 2 dogs! Needless to say....It would hurt.

These testing times have had a silver lining that we've got to spend so much uninterrupted time with our children... And teaching them the wonderful art of trials biking! Our eldest, who is 3 is already showing some great skills so we treated him to some new kit, which he absolutely loves! Thank you you made one little boy very very happy...

Here we have our 100w co2 laser carrying out one of our more run of the mill engravings. However we can cut and engrave many substrates and if our laser can't handle the material, the CNC router can.

Always love creating bespoke gifts for people, even more so when it's for friends still serving in the armed forces.

Oak veneer with solid oak frame, finished with littlefair's extra strong varnish and hand waxed for a deep luster.

Beautiful leaving presentation for the mess at MOD Lyneham, done with the help of Custom Menu Holders.
Think i need to invest in my own laser engraver!
