Engineer found no refrigerant gas in this 3 door pizza preparation fridge.. After carrying out a pressure test to locate issues (refrigeration leak) which was found on the hot gas liquid line a new pipe was formed and brazed in.
Then carried out another leak test and then the system was tested under pressure again to confirm successful repair.. After this was confirmed the system was put under a vacuum on all of the refrigeration pipes preparing for the last stage, adding refrigerant gas to the system.

Hi people 👋
We are still here, just not had the time to post due to the absolutely busy workload that this summer has been on all refrigeration equipment .. Very happy to say we kept all customer's (existing & new) freezers, fridges and air conditioning up and running through this very hot period. We will upload over the next week repairs that were carried out so more businesses can get the most of what LRS COOLING SOLUTIONS are available to carry-out for them.

On the first call to the clients walikin fridge, The engineer diagnosed the compressors electrical winding to be faulty(going to ground) and also no refrigeration gas in the system(refrigeration leak)

After advising the client on these issues we sourced the correct compressor and electrics to replace damaged equipment.

As the system was originally found with no refrigeration gas the engineer carried out a leak test to begin with to pin point the source that was damaged.

After finding this on the low pressure coupling(see photo) this was replaced and cheaked again making sure this was the only issue (leak)

The engineer then replaced the compressor and its electrics then completing the repair, vacing the system down to 2 Torr negative pressure and weighing in the correct refrigeration gas in this case 2.8 KG of R404A.
