We are pleased to share that Willow Tree House in Langley has now received planning approval following an independent Planning Inspectorate review.
The decision provides certainty for the 51 families who call it home, and confirms the scheme’s suitability in a sustainable, well-connected location near Langley station.
This project has been a reminder that development isn’t always straightforward but staying focused, resilient, and responsible matters. We are grateful to the Redsky Homes team for their commitment throughout.

Celebrating 21 Years of Growth, Perseverance, and Success

Today marks the 21st anniversary of the day I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey. On the 19th of January 2004, I started my very first venture, Redsky Wholesalers Ltd, operating from the back of my rented house, garden, and garage in Hounslow. The business began by supplying alcohol to pubs, clubs, and hotels in and around London. What started as a small step quickly grew into a thriving company, with a turnover of £10 million by 2015 ,when I decided to sell that business.

But the journey didn’t stop there. Alongside my ventures in the alcohol industry, I discovered a passion for property development. Today, I am proud to lead Redsky Homes Group, a well-known property brand focused on building much-needed homes across West London and the Home Counties, primarily for the rental market. Over the years, the company has grown steadily, and today we own property assets worth over £100 million, an achievement that fills me with immense pride and gratitude.

Looking back on the past 21 years, I feel deeply thankful for everything this journey has taught me. From humble beginnings to where we are today, this success wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support of so many people.

A heartfelt thank you to my family—especially my wife—for standing by me through thick and thin, to the amazing teams who’ve worked with me, to my friends who supported and encouraged me, and to the contractors and suppliers who placed their trust in me. Each one of you has played a vital role in this journey.

From a single venture in 2004 to where we are now, we’ve come a long way, and I am excited for what the future holds as we continue to build, grow, and create a lasting impact.

Thrilled to announce the completion of our Willow Tree House project!

In just 12 months, we have delivered 51 beautiful apartments, all of which are now fully rented. This landmark project, situated right next to Langley Station on the Elizabeth Line, has been a journey of passion, dedication, and teamwork.

As a director, seeing a project like this grow from concept to reality feels like watching your own baby mature. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved and deeply grateful to my amazing team for their relentless hard work and commitment.

We are happy to announce our latest acquisition of the Trust Ford Site on London Rd, Hounslow. It has got already planning permission for 55 flats. The smooth completion of demolition without any delays is a promising start.
