A water authority and a drainage company attended this job for a blocked bathroom and could not clear due to a collapsed drain our team got to work and found the drainage system entered the main line blind and the collapsed line was in fact a badly capped off lateral.

Emergency call out to a commercial property in Watford cause of blockage was FATS OIL GREASE (FOG) the easiest way to solve a grease problem and help stop your drains becoming blocked is to.

Pour cooled fats, oils and grease into a container and put the container in the bin. If you don’t have a container, place tin foil into a coffee cup or similar, add FOG, allow to cool and dispose.
Before washing, use a paper napkin or paper towel to wipe FOG from dishes and dispose of it in the bin.
Use sink strainers to catch food waste.
Put food scraps in a bin.
