Anyone thinking of solar and batteries. These packages include energy use and are through 1 of the Energy Companies.

I can't get it as I already have solar but if you want to save money get solar with no upfront cost and after 5 years you own them.

It's a no brainer if your property is compatible. If a rental property you will need landlords permision.

This is how the packages work.

4,000 KW/h Package - £99.99 Per Month
Anyone using below 4,000 KW per annum is allowed to come on board with this package, whats included within this is as follows;
Up to 9 x Renesola 400W Panels
A 6KW Soluna Storage battery
And then the respective size Hypontech Invertor to cover the transfer of current.

7,000 KW/h Package – £139.99 Per Month
Same again here anything less that 7,000KW per annum, if they want to pay for this package for the higher amount of panels and battery storage again they can do so,
Up 12 x Renesola Panels
10KW Soluna Storage Battery
And then the respective size Hypontech Invertor to cover the transfer of current.

11,000 KW/h Package - £169.99 Per Month
Same again here anything less than 11,000KW per annum, if they want to pay for this package for the higher amount of panels they can do so
Up to 16 x Renesola Panels
A 10KW Soluna Storage battery
And then the respective size Hypontech Invertor to cover the transfer of current.

Any customer that goes over their annual allowance they will receive a bill at the end of the year for the respective amount they have gone over for example; 4100 KW at the end of the year and they are on the 4,000KW package they would receive a bill at 100 x National Cap Rate of Pence Per KW at the moment its around 24p so if it was now they would just get a bill for £24, we would not then start adding a standing charge or any other additional costs. As outlined within the package they only pay for usage.

Not posted for a while but after 11 years as a DEA this is the 1st time I have assessed a property that has a A101 rating.

If you selling or renting a property and need an EPC or advice to improve your rating give me a shout.

Grants available for solid wall insulation, cavity wall insulation and also loft insulation.

Boilers for homeowners. Must have a non condensing boiler, back boiler or very old condensing with low efficiency. (Send me the boiler model and I will check)

If you are on all electric but have a gas supply full gas central heating system installed.

No gas supply air source heat pumps, high heat retention storage heaters and solar panels.

Benefits not always required depends on your council. PM for more info. What have you got to lose, you may be surprised you may qualify.

FREE CAVITY WALL and/or LOFT INSULATION
Also new Zonal TRV's on radiators (this will add up op 4 points on an EPC) if they have existing.

This is open all properties that meet the criteria of being a Council tax Band of A, B, C, or D and an EPC Rating of C, D, E, F, or G.

You need to have mechanical extractors in wet rooms. (kitchen Bathroom Utilities)
