Latest project completed for Ian & Lin at Coppertop Lasswade. Total renovation of the property including extension out the rear with the original walls taken down and steel beams installed to create new open plan kitchen / dining area . New layout to master bedroom incorporating a new stunning en-suite and huge walk in dressing room . New heating system fitted throughout with under floor heating in all new areas . Fabulous kitchen installed and to give the property the finished look floor to ceiling glazed panels and bi -fold doors .
New patio created with porcelain tiles to accommodate new hot tub . New double garage also added to side elevation with double electric door installed.

Another outdoor pod built for Peter & Sharon with Cedar cladding and aluminium bifold doors . This time built for an outdoor entertaining area complete with fully stocked bar .

Latest completed project in Newtongrange. Beautiful extension our the rear with Siberian larch cladding installed with hidden fixings . Internally large steel beam inserted into existing ceiling space to leave perfectly flat ceiling . Internal load bearing walls taken down-to leave great new layout and open plan kitchen /dining area. Double pocket doors installed at new hall entrance which create so much more space .
