Just a few small changes within the clients property.

Solaredge hot water diverter for a 250L tank, this is heated by the boiler to 45⁰C then the immersion takes over and heats to 60⁰C. The boiler itself is running at 60% and again only heating to 45⁰C. You may think "does that mean you dont have hot water all year round?" Well in the winter months yes the water only really gets on average to 47⁰C, this is plenty hot enoigh for a shower. Underfloor heating for the ground floor running at 40⁰C so its actaully working quite well. All this on the worcester bosch boiler and cylinder.

This client has saved £500 in the first year already! Meaning they can reduce their direct debit from £120 to £72 a month, nearly £50 a month saving is definitely a win!

The hot water diverter is a cheap product that with a few changes within the household can save you a lot of money! Let's see what the summer brings and see what the gas bill will be in October, who thinks the costs will drop again?
