We removed the old and fitted this new Howdens kitchen, with the worktop supplied and installed by Cardiff Marble - we love the result

We’ve been doing far more than plumbing for a long time, we’ve just finally caught up with a name that matches.

We’re now trading as Clear Choice Developments ✅

You might know us for plumbing and bathrooms (still our forte 🛁) — but we’ve long been delivering full projects including:

• Extensions & loft conversions
• Commercial units & refits

In 2025 we’ve been proud to work on hair salons, wellness centres, aesthetic clinics, restaurants, house renovations and bathrooms, and we’re excited for what’s next.

We directly employ plumbers and highly skilled carpenters, and we work with a trusted team of Cardiff’s best electricians, plasterers, decorators, architects and specialist trades, so jobs are managed properly from start to finish.

From bare ground to a fully kitted home gym and shower room 💪

Alongside a completed garage build and a swimming pool coming soon 👀, this project has been a great one from start to finish. The shower room is microcemented and finished with a Hansgrohe shower for a clean look.

Built properly. Built to last.
And we’re not finished yet.

Before ➡️ After - upstairs in our period property renovation🏡✨

Lovingly restoring original fireplaces, panelling, picture rails and sash windows, while adding in a loft conversion so we could keep all 4 bedrooms upstairs.
