Morello Phase II is a £350m regeneration scheme based in London. The Morello Estate is the larger building in this scheme which will home 338 residential apartments alongside the adjacent Cherry Orchard Gardens building which will provide 118 units for shared ownership and social rent.

We were lucky enough to be involved in this project where we provided a nearly 10-minute-long animation for our clients bid. Our client was successful in obtaining this job and the construction is already underway and is due to complete later this year.

Today we are sharing some of the animation with you, this project was particularly difficult due to where it was located. Our client needed to show how they were going to navigate the construction in such a busy environment, this meant that the logistics where a huge focus of the animation.
