New wall with drainage along river raising ground up about 4 ft and disguising it's own eco sewage works under the circular decking.

Double extension built from eco nudura polystyrene blocks clad with stonework, k-rend and slate hung.
All windows fitted ourselves supplied by GAP.
Juliet balcony with bi-folding doors upstairs and downstairs.
