🚧 Project Update – Otley Garden Centre ⚡
We've been hard at work on the electrical installation for the new kitchen and kids' play area at Otley Garden Centre.
From first-fix through to lighting installation, we're helping create a safe, modern and welcoming space for both customers and staff. It's great to be involved in another commercial project and see it all coming together.

Another successful commercial project completed! 🚂

We recently carried out electrical works at ADComms, safely isolating and disconnecting electrical supplies to allow the removal of heavy machinery and equipment.

🚨 Emergency Lighting at Easy Bathrooms 🚨

Hope you're not scared of heights... this project had us working around 25 metres up in the air! 😅
Needing specialist lifters to squeeze down the isles!

Another productive day on site at Easy Bathrooms carrying out emergency lighting maintenance and compliance works throughout this large warehouse facility.

✅ Surveying and identifying every emergency light throughout the building
✅ Creating a detailed asset register and spreadsheet to clearly label each fitting for future maintenance and testing
✅ Replacing failed and ageing batteries to ensure fittings operate correctly during power loss
✅ Assisting with drain-down testing requirements and improving overall system reliability
✅ Helping the site maintain compliance with emergency lighting regulations

A well-documented emergency lighting system makes future inspections, maintenance and fault finding quicker, easier and more cost-effective, while ensuring the building remains safe for staff and visitors.
From 25 metres above the warehouse floor, it's safe to say this wasn't your average maintenance job!

🚜⚡ Another agricultural install completed out on the pig farm today!
Installed a new 400V D.O.L starter complete with overload relay protection, powering a 3 phase motor for the feed auger system 🐖🔧
Very muddy, very smelly… but that’s farm work for you 😅🌧️
Keeping essential equipment running safely and reliably no matter the conditions.

Bathroom renovation completed ✔️
Great to work alongside on this stunning bathroom transformation, with Ash carrying out the full bathroom fit-out while I completed all electrical works to bring the finishing touches together.
Electrical installation included new LED downlights for bright, modern lighting, illuminated mirror connection, extractor fan with fan isolator for safe maintenance and improved ventilation, plus all final connections tested and commissioned.
The finished space looks fantastic with the warm wood-effect units, feature tiled wall, clean modern fittings and a fresh contemporary finish throughout. A great example of how quality workmanship from multiple trades comes together to create a high-end result.
All work completed safely, neatly and in line with current regulations.

No job too small at all! This job involved relocating a light switch and adding an extra socket for improved convenience and layout.

We always take care in our customers’ homes — dust sheets down to protect the living environment, keeping disruption to a minimum throughout the work.

Clean, tidy workmanship from start to finish with minimal mess, and everything left spotless once completed. ✅

Another consumer unit upgrade completed, along with relocating the board to a safer and more accessible position due to restricted access around the gas meter.
Not your everyday board change! I still can't believe it had been installed like this originally!!
The original setup left limited working space, so the installation was moved and upgraded to improve accessibility, safety, and bring the electrical system up to current standards.
New board installed with modern protection devices all RCBO's, cleaner cable routing, and a much tidier overall finish. A big improvement for both safety and future maintenance.

Testing commissioning and certification provided.
