Part 2 of our project in South West London

This phase of the job is personally my favourite part of any job!!

Steel fitting and first fix carpentry.

Due to the height of our scaffolding and on site space. We had to employ a company to lift our steels and timber up for us. Big game changer for anyone with limited site access. Would highly recommend

Was a pretty smooth process throughout. With the right team and equipment. The final bird cage was installed on the Friday 22nd December, followed by a well deserved beer down the pub for the team.

Its a large loft conversion/re roof to create a new large master bedroom, with en- suit and dressing room.

Here I installed cedral cladding on the externals of this garden room and some larch cladding and shelving for a potting shed on the right hand side.

Cedral cladding is a type of fibre cement board, which has a A2 fire rating. A fire rated board must be used in this instance due to the building being within 1m of the boundary and between 15 and 30 metres squared.

Most garden rooms will come under permitted development and don't need planning. However certain regulations must be met.
