Garage conversion over in Swaffham -

We have broken up the old garage floor, insulated and screeded the new floor.

The walls have had new batten, insulation and vapour barrier installed.

We have created 2 new openings for windows and installed 2x lintels. New pipe work and plumbing has been installed for the new shower room and it’s now all been boarded and plastered.

Sink, toilet and shower supplied and installed by our builders and the kitchen & worktops have been reinstalled with the addition of a hob and sink.

New electric supply and fuse board has been fitted to the conversion.

We are currently waiting on the windows to be installed before we hang the bathroom door and skirting to complete the job!

Attleborough -

One out of two of our Attleborough jobs.

We have dug out and concreted footings, built a front extension approx 3m x 3.8m creating an undercover porch externally and an indoor clock room. Bricks have been matched to the existing front extension.

We’ve knocked through into the main house to increase office space and it’s all been boarded and plastered.

The rear of the house we’ve removed a window and created an opening for bifolds to be installed. Bifolds have now gone in.

Our millionth job here over in Great Ellingham ⭐️

We are always getting asked to come back here to our amazing customer’s and we love it!

This time we were back to widen the driveway.

We removed the trees and shrubs which ran down the left side of the driveway, installed new curbs, membrane, hardcore and re-shingled the whole driveway.

Just a quick update -

We are closed this week as we have took the little boss lady Demi away in the caravan and at the end of the week we have a very exciting wedding to attend - our lovely Matt is marrying his beautiful fiancé Rebecca! 💒 💍

Megan is still working and replying to messages but our signal is very poor so responses might be slower than usual!

We are all back next Monday 24th!

Ps - we have LOADS of on site photos to post. The builders have been really busy working over on two jobs in Attleborough and one over in Swaffham!

Our next availability is now Monday 8th February 2027!

Is Dan patio king … yes, yes he is!

The builders have worked SO hard this week through all weathers to lay this beautiful Indian sandstone patio over in Croxton. Late nights, soaking wet through and millions of steps racked up, but the result is 👌🏻

We have been working at the home of Jenny’s Dee-lights this week! 🧁🍰🧱

The builders have been very well looked after and to top it off, we have been very kindly gifted this amazing selection of home bakes from their treat boxes!

Trust us when we say, they taste as good as they look! 🤤

The stereotypical - go and check them out! 5* hygiene rating, a huuuuge range of products to chose from as well as bespoke orders… massive portion sizes, and the pricing is 👌🏻 (or free if you’re DEM Builders 😉)

We are big on supporting local - if small businesses stick together, amazing things happen! ✨

Some overtime here at the DEM Builders HQ.

Dan is being very carefully monitored by our youngest member 🤣

We’re hoping to have all quotes sent over to anyone waiting by early next week.

Our next available date is Monday 23rd November 🧱 We are thinking about opening our 2027 diary … how crazy!!!
