Loft conversion strip out works completed couple months back for someone else’s job. From installing fire rated boards right through to 2nd fix.

All joist work and steel work was installed by previous builder. We was asked to come in and make fire safe and finish the project along side other trades.

We also built all the furniture ready for tenants to move straight in once the remainder of the building was complete.

Tough few days, due to old wallpaper taking an age to come off, but we got there in the end.

All walls had to be repaired and prepped before paint as old plaster wasn’t the best.

Strip all wallpaper

Fill & sand anywhere that’s needed.

Install panelling to wall where new bed area is going.

Caulk/fill and prep ready for fresh paint all round. Walls to be different colour to panelling.
