Here we had the opportunity to create this luxury bathroom. We stripped the walls back to brickwork where need. We Insulated rafters and the extior wall. Then tiled the lower half walls. Renewed all pipe work and lay new flooring before installing a new toilet, self contained shower unit, sink, bath and radiator. Really enjoyed working on this project to create a high end outcome.

One of our bigger projects completed last year. 167 square metres of Raj blend Indian sandstone patio and pathways wrapping around the house, setting off their lovely natural colours. The customers wanted a natural looking finish, so we jointed the patio with the natural coloured grout. Oak sleepers installed edging the garden area with single and double skinned fencing to give privacy in the areas needed, which also gave them a separate area for their family pet. Gates were made to blend into the fencing for that hidden visual outcome. The customers decided to add additional work with the steps, which gave them good access to their higher garden area. Completing in the raj bland and oak sleepers to give the patio that extra wow factor. Aco drainage added to the dogs area to help with ease of washing down and the pathway finished with block paver edging.

A lovely garden renovation completed last year to enable our customer to have the full use and maximum benefits of the garden, ensuring access and security was maximised to its full potential for herself and her much loved Frenchie. The project initially started as a new patio area with a stoned area on a lower level. After breaking ground it was found to be a huge bog of stagnant water sat upon clay. Our job started with new a drainage system to rectify this huge problem. Everything was damp and rotting away so after much discussion and planning, our customer trusted our values and ideas to come up with this lovely design, which ensured the customers mobility with an area, all on one level, ensuring her safety and access needs. The old fence was replaced with concrete gravel boards and posts with vertical panels which we treated in a shade of grey. 63 square metres of Indian sandstone was laid with a dark grey jointing to lift out the natural colours. We made easy access to the house with a small step upon the conservatory doorway, also another raised area with block paver edging to access the house through the patio doors, which also to led to the exit of the garden through a cutom made gate. We created a feature area in the bottom corner with a complimentary water feature consisting of block paver edging and 40mm plum slate and sourced a plastic shed to go the opposite end, adhering to our customers desires and to ensure there was some storage space. We really enjoyed doing this project. It's lovely to see our customer happy and all our hard work going to great use.

Here we have a project from last year, where the old worn out patio and pathway needed replacing. Before we could proceed with this project, we came across some issues with the drainage system so we had to renew all the pipe work in the ground due to the levels being incorrect. We created a large 'L' shaped Indian sandstone patio which wrapped around the house with a pathway giving the customers a nice space outside their main entrance. We installed reclaimed sleepers to retain the garden and laid stone at the back of the house to create another pathway. The stone wall had started collapsing so we rebuilt the stone wall and created steps down into the garden producing an amazing entrance. To finish off we scrapped off the tired driveway, laid a protective w**d control membrane and placed timber edging along the hedgeline and capped the stone wall with sandstone before stoning up with new stone. What a difference it's made to the property
