A Message to my Valued Customers

I just wanted to take a moment to clarify some recent changes, as I understand there has been some confusion following correspondence you may have received regarding the change to Elite Plumbing & Heating.

I would like to reassure you that Blue Flame South West is still trading and remains very much in business.

Following a change in business arrangements, Justin and I have gone our separate ways, and Justin has now started his own business, Elite Plumbing & Heating.

I have continued trading independently under the Blue Flame South West name, and I remain available to look after all of your plumbing and heating requirements as I always have.

I appreciate that the recent letter may have given the impression that Blue Flame South West had changed its name or ceased trading. This is not the case. Blue Flame South West continues to operate, and I am still here to provide the same reliable and professional service to my existing and new customers.

I would like to thank all of my customers for their continued support, loyalty and understanding during this period of change. Your business means a great deal to me, and I look forward to continuing to look after you for many years to come.

The space has been upgraded to a larger, rectangular frameless-style glass shower enclosure with a polished chrome frame and sliding doors. A new white acrylic shower tray has been installed, paired with contemporary chrome dual shower fittings (overhead rain shower and handheld shower on a riser rail). The enclosure is set against refreshed light grey marble-effect wall panels, delivering a clean, modern, and more spacious finish that significantly improves both aesthetics and functionality.
