A house renovation completed from a dated house to modern house feel. The loft room was removing old toilet area and fitting in a new wet room all new plastering down the the next floor where we removed the old bathroom and turning it into a wet room aswell and this floor was also plastered throughout then to the stairs we knocked through the bottom of the stairs to give a new entrance into the newly fitted kitchen so as you walking into the front room you have a direct view straight through to the conservatory again all downstairs re plastered furnished off in the frontroom with a new fireplace/display area to fit a TV on all fully painted throughout

Must say think it’s turned out really well 👍🏻

Replacing some stepping stones to a new walk way to save getting feet muddy when getting out the car 👌

Job completed repairing a fence that had fallen down used as much of the old fence as I could and replaced the broken bits

Job completed extending and old decking making it longer and better with a storage door for underneath customer happy with the finished look all ready for summer 😁

A few jobs fitted in helping secure a front garden with a new fence and gate and to also repair an old fence that used to be a gate that opened for there car to now a solid fence with a gate and then finally a rip out of an old shed build a new one with some trellis fencing to secure the dogs in busy busy 2025

Been quite on here for a while but here is a what’s been happening at R.M.L so started with a kitchen and utility room transformation full strip out and fitting of new units freshly plastered and painted as-well just waiting on the flooring to be fitted. Then moved on to a down stairs toilet transformation with pocket door for space (saving a door going in the room our out to hallway) this was also a full rip out and refit with fresh plastered walls and painted and new floor fitted, Then upstairs to the main bathroom this was again a full rip out of bath and everything to moving to a shower unit and new units and new flooring freshly plastered and painted then onto the en suite in a other bedroom this one was a full rip out all new units and again another pocket door fitted for space also freshly plastered and painted and flooring fitted.

Job completed turning an out building that had no roof into a usable space fitting a new roof and fitting a slat fence and following it all around the out building to blend it in customers very happy and on to there next project soon

A lovely job completed for a customer in whaley bridge transforming there garden into a low maintenance garden making it look bigger up top also the extra space down by the river to chill have a drink. I changed the old patio they had down for some lovely porcelain tiles also added a blue slate trim between patio and grass just to finish it off the customers are very happy with the finished look just some lights to fit soon but very happy with the end results 👍🏻🫶🏻👍🏻
