💦💦💦 HIGH WATER BILL 💦💦💦

Customer called us and advised they had received a letter from Essex and Suffolk Water, due to the amount of water being used at there property. Their usage had quadrupled and advised of a possible leak.

We arrived at the property and done the all important checks and confirmed indeed there was a leak.

We located the leak.
We rectified the leak
We reinstated the customers drive.

Another job well done. 💧💧

A elderly customer who lives on her own, received a water bill for £750. The equivalent usage for a family of 6. I was advised of a previous repair completed 3 years ago at the bottom of the drive. We dug it out and low and behold there was the leak. Previous contractors done all the hard work, dug it out located the leak but used a cheap fitting to do the repair. We cut the fitting out and replaced it with a PHILMAC coupling, the only brand other than PLASSON that should be used when carrying out a water supply leak.
We then got a leak allowance set up for our customer so they did not have to pay the high water bill. Happy days.

High water bill?? You may have a leak. !!!

A leak under a drain at front of house located on incoming water supply pipe, racking up a high water bill for our customer. Located the leak using tracer gas, dug down fixed leak and reinstated. Another very happy customer!!

Customer called us out after having no water. We was there in within the hour to cut out his secondary stop c**k which was leaking and also blocked which was restricting water coming into his property. #. CUSTOMER FIRST!
