1mm to 5mm carpenters Rasp / File.

It was in a sorry state when I found it. I thought changing the handle to black which makes the brass pop out nicely.
Now… I’ve not come across one like this, so if you think it’s used for something else please don’t hesitate in letting me know. 🙏

It’s tapered but wider than a saw (pad saw) I’m thinking perfect for tidying up after a cut.

Anyhow.. I’m open to your thoughts!

Another one heading off to Germany 🇩🇪🔨

This lovely early 20th-century R. Kelly & Sons “KELSON” chisel, Liverpool, has now been sold and is heading to a new home in Germany.

Another piece of British tool history finding a new life across the water. 🇬🇧➡️🇩🇪

And as it happens, someone else is making the journey from Germany tomorrow… my son’s German Girlfriend! 🤣
