A simple door swap makes a big difference 👌🏻

Wall down , back door out and bricked up , sliding doors out , full re-skim , new electrics , plywood floor then the new kitchen . I think we can agree this one turned out really nice , both us and customer were happy with the outcome 👌🏻😃👌🏻😃

What a pleasure it was for us at I&R Joinery to undertake this extension .

Big 6x3.5m new build to the rear , big steels in place , stud wall to allow for a pocket door system , new shower area downstairs , block up door way in utility .
Over 70m2 of herringbone LVT fitted , new kitchen , velux x2 and some big bifold doors fitted to totally change the look of this property.
Big thank you to Gary Higson who I worked closely with again on this one , electrical works by Forshaw Electrical Ltd , plastering works by John mason , plumbing works by Rob Brennan , massive thank you to everyone and look forward to the next one .

What a transformation on this job ! Knock down of walls , velux fitted , adjustment to ceiling heights , kitchen , flooring and windows to give this one a total new look .
This job was carried out by myself and Gary Higson who I will be working closely with the next few projects 👌🏻

Bespoke fitted wardrobes on this job , under stairs cut open , plastered , then units cut on site to suit the opening , enjoyed this one 👌🏻
