Big fencing job completed in Wythenshawe 🔨

Removed all the old, tired fencing and replaced it with new treated feather edge fencing throughout. Also, a new side access gate and replaced a couple of damaged fence panels.

Massive difference to the look of the property and plenty more privacy for the customer 👍

Before & after of a recent fencing project. Removed the old failing fence and installed new concrete posts, concrete gravel boards and pressure-treated fence panels for a strong, long-lasting finish. 👌

Another recent job completed ✔️

New oak handrail, balustrade and oak veneered doors fitted throughout.

The doors were hung in the existing frames to keep the job more cost-effective without taking away from the finished look.

A simple upgrade that’s made a massive difference and completely changed the feel of the house.

Nice little front entrance transformation completed 👌

New stone pillars with a decorative metal gate fitted to the customer’s choice. Big improvement to the front of the property and the customer was over the moon with how it turned out.

Definitely stands out when driving past 🚗💨

Front entrance transformation completed in Stoke-on-Trent 🔨

The job involved removing the old concrete canopy, chiselling everything back and installing a new Catnic lintel before rebuilding the brickwork using bricks supplied by the customer to help keep costs down. We then finished it off with a new PVC canopy for a much cleaner and more modern look.

Really pleased with how this one turned out and the customer was over the moon with the end result 👍

Recent Media Wall Project 🔨

Custom media wall built around the existing chimney breast and alcoves, designed to the customer’s requirements. The original fireplace stayed in place, with the layout carefully worked around it. The gas fire itself was upgraded to a more modern unit.

The build included:
* Large storage cupboards to both alcoves
* Open shelving with built-in spotlights
* TV mounted centrally above the fireplace
* Full room panelling to finish the space off

Recent loft boarding project completed ✅

We raised the loft floor to allow the insulation to remain neatly between the joists, then installed new flooring on top to create a strong, practical storage area.

⚡️ Before starting, CAJ electrical services installed a new loft light, making the work safer and giving the customer clear visibility for future access. 💡
