Double bay windows restored and repainted as they were suffering badly on the weather exposed side of the house.
Rotting sills and seizing windows but everything’s working nicely now and sealed with some quality external gloss.
Hopefully tackle the rest of the windows when the weather gets a bit nicer to guarantee some more longevity.

Fun project for some local bournemouth customers who asked me to do another property in bath.

Staircase conversion for an ongoing customer.

After doing the floors in oak upstairs and downstairs decided to spruce up the staircase and remove the outdated slats and fit some new glass panel balustrade, oak newel post cladding and newel caps for a lovely warm finish to an outdated stairs with the carpet to follow.

Whole house top and bottom in laminate flooring with an oak wrapped skirting throughout. Using two different tones for the top and bottom floors but ended up great. House was lived in so moving furniture around meant it was difficult to get ongoing pictures but happy with the end result and to be rid of the old patterned carpet throughout 😊

Full understairs bathroom build for a customer!
You can never have too many toilets. Great way to utilise wasted space to give your home more, using a small basin and upright towel rail to save floor space and creating a small cupboard for access to storage and saniflow system.

Howdens Daytona door to match the rest of the house, overall lovely job and happy customer.

Always fun doing these type of projects and love how different they can make a staircase look.

Also had to do some flooring repairs as lots of small holes made my other tradesman had left the floor unlevel and creaky.
