Another awkward space made practical. đź‘Ś

This kitchen originally had an open boiler cupboard with no door at all. The customer wanted to keep easy access to the boiler while making better use of the storage space and keeping everything looking tidy.

To achieve that, I supplied and fitted a bespoke oak shaker stable door, allowing the top half to open independently for quick boiler access while the lower section keeps everything neatly hidden away. The design also works perfectly with the angled worktop, making the most of an otherwise awkward opening.

A simple job on paper, but one that completely finishes the space and gives a much cleaner look.

This project completely transformed an unused area beneath the stairs into bespoke oak-effect storage with hidden push-to-open shoe drawers, while a real oak slat feature wall turned the staircase into a real focal point.

To finish everything off, we replaced the existing balustrade with a solid oak handrail, base rail and spindles, along with oak-clad newel posts to tie the whole space together.

A lovely transformation for some fantastic customers, and one that’s added both storage and character to their home.

Double bay windows restored and repainted as they were suffering badly on the weather exposed side of the house.
Rotting sills and seizing windows but everything’s working nicely now and sealed with some quality external gloss.
Hopefully tackle the rest of the windows when the weather gets a bit nicer to guarantee some more longevity.

Full kitchen rip out and remove tiles, fit a new kitchen up several floors in a town house in bath ready for stone worktops.
Fun project for some local bournemouth customers who asked me to do another property in bath.

Then decided to add a washing machine and dryer housing with a small solid oak table top and boxed in boiler.
