Any recommendations for roofers please? We’re buying a house and in our survey, some issues came up (few missing tiles, cracked tiles, damaged tiles, damage to a ridge tile)
There’s more stuff potential (like a missing vent terminal/ cage, loft roof stuff) for future work, but the broken/ missing/ crack tiles is what we currently need a quote for
The survey has clear, detailed pictures of damage if needed for quote
There is the potential that the roof is asbestos containing and we’re having a survery completed to confirm

Already contacted some roofing companies but they require a cost for the quote, which I totally get their reasoning but we’re not in a position to be spending hundreds of pounds just on a quote at this point
