We loved restoring these windows in Ledbury at Upper Hall, a grade 2 listed building. Limestone was cracked and shattered from expansion in rusted iron cramps, we removed the cramps and the damaged stone, and replaced with new stone.

Steam cleaning red gloss paint off a stone patio in Malvern. - The painter got stung by a bee, panicked , kicked his paint pot over and ran red paint all over the patio😆🤦🏻‍♂️ Steam cleaning was the only thing to shift it, very happy customers 🙌

New window sill, made in Bath Limestone, shaped and fitted by us. Last job of the year, and lovely to have replaced the neighbour’s sill earlier this year too! Merry Christmas 🎄!

Chimney restoration on the old Priory in Bromsgrove. Damaging cement pointing removed, repointed in lime mortar. 3 stones also replaced , like for like, in Forest of Dean sandstone .

Lovely little church job we completed in autumn. Elmley Castle church tower is being restored, new bells are being cast and a new wooden frame to support. We prepared the clock chamber , repointing in lime putty and filling a hole with limestone.

St John the Baptist Church , Bradley Green in Worcestershire. We removed cement pointing and repointed in lime putty. You can see the damage done to the stone from the cement, and water ingress from the outside. Also pointed up the steps outside to minimise water getting into the church.

Replacement doorstep in Worcester. Original Victorian Forest of Dean sandstone step was cracked, worn and also degraded from the paint locking in moisture. Replaced in Forest of Dean sandstone, shaped and fixed by us.

Lovely new set of garden steps, fitted in Malvern. Made from Peak Moor sandstone, hand worked bullnose on the treads, and fixed on lime mortar.

Kneeler stone and copings replacement in Wigmore, Herefordshire. The original stones fell off into a neighbouring garden! The original failed because they used iron cramps which rusted, cracked the stone and then the kneeler (large bottom stone) had to take all the weight. This frost resistant limestone is fixed with stainless steel and lime mortar.
