Just a refresh on a stair stringer & handrail in a returning clients home. The usual cracks, wear & tear areas all tended to.
Finished in High gloss white & handrails finished in Siena brown by Ronseal Xactly for a slightly different contrast.

Now time for a few weeks off as I have a home that is in much need of some renovation work, I’ll keep you guys posted as there’s a lot to be done and looking forward to seeing the hard work pay off 😁

A nice freshen up on this entrance & downstairs bathroom for a good friend of mine. We started with the panelling prep filling all joints which had cracked over time, sanded all the walls along with all the woodwork which we finished in Johnstones aqua gaurd durable satin 👌
Ceilings prepped & finished in our go to ceiling paint Albany AF1
The walls were then finished in ‘white sand’ by Benjamin Moore Regal select which was a joy to work with 🙂

Overall really pleased with how this one turned out, back in a few weeks for some more rooms to be completed 👍

A beautiful Hallway, stairs & landing completed last week. All the usual dealings with a new build, hairline cracks, popped plasterboard fixings etc but nothing we couldn’t rectify easily.

Ceilings finished in white Albany AF1 ceiling paint, all woodwork finished in Satin wood and the walls finished in ‘Pink skies’ & ‘Soft truffle’ by Dulux 👌👌

Such a good feeling when you leave a Client genuinely over the moon with what we have done 😁

Check this one out guys…. The room had been skimmed recently so in we came to do our thing and transformed it into a stunning bedroom 😍

All walls & ceiling mist coated to seal the plaster and finished in ‘Zinsser Permawhite anti-mould’ emulsion, Wall panelling added & finished in ‘Dulux Teal Voyage’ Matt emulsion, Wallpaper added above the panelling to enhance the feature wall.
We even installed all new UPVC skirting boards for longevity & minimal upkeep.

Another day another job completed in the roast weather 🥵 all fun & games but worth it to have one happy Client.
Just a freshen up on a kitchen/dining area, finished in ‘Safari map’ by Valspar trade tough matt. I think it’s so important to stick with the products you use regularly & know it will perform for years to come.

A word of advice, don’t go for the cheapest products to save a few pounds, the most cost effective thing to do is buy the premium products which will stand the test of time and will you will find you won’t need to buy as much.
Something we advise all our Clients to do.
Like the old saying ‘you buy cheap you buys twice’ and that has been proven time & time again.

It’s always good to get called back for more work from loyal Clients. Just a little Utility room completed, a freshly plastered ceiling sealed, a few small repairs & imperfections rectified, finished in White Matt emulsion, all woodwork finished in Satin wood.

The Dairy is looking pretty full & with only a few slots left before Christmas get in touch to avoid further delay 👍

Some graft put into this one but another nice clean job ticked off the list.

Hallway, stairs & landing finished in Brilliant white. A total of 10 doors & frames, spindles & balustrade, stair stinger & skirtings all sanded, primed & finished in Satin white. Ceiling had been skimmed also so had to seal them before top coats could be added.
All ready for their new carpet to be fitted 😁

A freshen up on this one for a client looking to sell their home in the coming months.
Old wallpaper removed & walls repaired where needed, Top wall, ceiling & skirtings finished in ‘Soft wool’ by Goodhome tough & durable & wall paper installed to finish off.

Looks so much brighter and cleaner 🤩

Anyone looking to maximize the sale-ability of their property should seriously consider giving it a freshen up. It could add as much as 5% to the asking price, also it could be the difference between a quick sale & achieving full asking price+ and a long drawn out process with a potential hit on the sale price.

Another living space given a freshen up 🤩
A few problem areas such a hairline cracks that needed to be taken care of first before finishing the walls & ceilings in ‘Beige white’ by Crown
We also sanded down, primed & painted what was a tired looking radiator, now looks like brand new. Doors & frames finished in Satin.

The Diary is looking pretty stacked for the next few months so if your thinking of having any decorating done by ourselves then get in touch to avoid further delay, we’d be happy to help 🙂
