🚪 Well, completion was the aim here, delivered with a neat plinth at the bathroom entry point. Made to measure and cut to fit, this smaller detail ensured the job was finished from the external perspective as well as the internal.

👏 Even more progress has now been made following our preparations that we shared with you… the successful finish, as we said last week, is only possible following the precise preparation.
🖌️ With the floor screeding complete, we have paved the way for the finishing touches to begin – a dark grey colour to contrast the bright white of the newly created walls!

We are well on the way to completing this project now, which included:
- Full rip out of existing unit.
- Full rewire, including new sockets and lighting positions.
- Installation of new insulated plaster boarding.
- Tape and jointing.

It has been brilliant working alongside our client to make the best use of a small area. Carefully considered, light colours that give that modern aesthetic, coupled with creative use of space - including the floor to ceiling heated towel rail! 🙌

Sometimes, a space appears to be so small that you think nothing will go in there – but here is where creativity needs to flourish... 🎉
👏 We focussed on customer needs and made the space work. The images show how far along the line we are now, with most of the appliances now fitted and the finish line in sight...

🤩 Finding a modern solution with a sleek and tidy finish... 👏
✏️ We have continued working at Slindon College with their existing sub mains throughout after carrying out an EICR on the school…
One item included the sub board seen in the images, where cables were exposed through a common walkway in the school... 🏫
Well not anymore! 🎉
🤩 A new, more accessible sub board has now been installed with additional containment work to not only cover the cabling but to give fire protection and support for cables over doors and walkways.
