🏠 Care Home Heating Upgrade Complete! 🔥

We’ve recently completed a major heating system upgrade at Pendine Park Care Homes, replacing an outdated and inefficient boiler system with a modern, more efficient solution



🔧 The works included:

• Removal of 2 x existing 65kW open-flued, inefficient boilers
• Installation of 2 × 65kW Worcester Bosch Condens 7000 WP boilers
• Installation of an MC400 Cascade Sequencer, allowing intelligent control of boiler output, running times and overall efficiency
• Conversion of the heating system from open vented to a pressurised sealed system
• Installation of the relevant safety controls

The new cascade arrangement allows the boilers to operate more efficiently according to the heating demand, while the sealed system helps the central heating heat up quicker and perform more effectively.

A great upgrade for the care home, providing a more modern, reliable and efficient heating system for the staff and residents. 👏

Due to continued growth, X-Gas is looking for a 2nd or 3rd year college apprentice to join our friendly, professional team in Wrexham.

We're looking for someone who:
✅ Is currently in their 2nd or 3rd year of college
✅ Has at least 1 year's experience working on the tools
✅ Is bright, enthusiastic and eager to learn
✅ Can use their own initiative
✅ Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
