A bit different to the usual office view this weekend.

While carrying out landlord electrical inspections at an apartment block in Leamington, we ended up tracing some rogue wiring across the roof to find out exactly where it was going.

It's a good reminder that electrical inspections aren't just about ticking boxes, sometimes they involve a bit of investigation to make sure installations are safe, compliant and properly understood.

A recent project completed in the Knowle area.

We transformed this home with a full electrical working alongside RBC & Sons for the main building work.

We worked closely with the builder to deliver a high-spec electrical installation, including subtle LED tape lighting around the skylight and kitchen island to create a warm, modern feel.

All lighting was bespoke and supplied by GBS in Hockley Heath, finished with dimmer controls to give the homeowners complete flexibility in setting the perfect warm atmosphere throughout the space.
