ATTENTION PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ!
Given that in the couples months we’ve fixed projects for 3 different customers that have fell victim to rogue traders we thought we’d share some awareness and highlight that this is still a big problem even in this age with the power of social media.

A few tips to anyone looking to improve their property:

Never pay for the project in full until you wee happy with the finished product.

Do not let the contractor pressure you into getting the work done as respectable contractors do not push.

Get a reference or referral from a tried and tested customer.

Ask to see some of their proposed contractors previous work.

Remember just because they are on an accredited site or directory doesn’t mean they’re honest traders.

And finally trust your gut when dealing with the contractor!
