Another flat renovation completed for one of our property developer clients🔧✨

This project involved minor modifications, including the installation of additional lighting and socket points to suit the new room layout, smart electric heating and a consumer unit upgrade. ⚡ Another couple of EV chargers installed this month! ⚡

🔌 First up: A Rolex EVO charger complete with a lockable 10m Type 2 lead, installed via M***a, giving the team at Streamline Taxis the flexibility of both public and private charging.

🚗 Second: A Hypervolt charger with a 10m tether, set up to work alongside Octopus tariffs, helping the customer take advantage of cheaper charging during certain hours.

Phase 1 complete at Severus Social Club ✔️

We’ve transformed the sports bar by removing all old wiring and rewired brining the installation up-to current regulations, installing a new consumer unit to provide RCBO & SPD protection, galvanised conduit throughout, USB sockets and track lighting.

Phase 2 is already lined up, where we’ll be stripping out and refurbishing the toilet blocks electrical installation – stay tuned for more progress updates.

We recently completed some stunning lighting upgrades on this beautiful property.

💡 Installed 10 meters of Smart voice-activated RGB COB LED strip lighting around the centre island — effortlessly choose from over 16 million colours to set the perfect mood!

💡 Added 3 decorative pendants over the island and another feature pendant over the dining table for a warm, elegant touch.

💡 And the showstopper — a 25kg solid brass chandelier in the entrance hall! A true statement piece 😍
