Maintenance

For the already constructed family homes, offices, hotels, schools, restaurants and warehouse Build Edge Construction offers different maintenance packages to keep the property safe and new. Thorough check-ups of the building structure, plumbing and electrical system, roofing and openings will lead to early detection of construction problems. A clear report will give the client the opportunity to decide to fix the problem or maintain the current status before it would turn into serious renovation.

There are 3 types of maintenance packages:

Standard
Premium
Premium Plus

The difference in these packages is the extensiveness of the inspection and the report. The standard provides a basic inspection with focus on plumbing, wall texture and a basic electrical check. The Premium focuses on more structural elements as well as the inspection of roofing. The premium plus package is the most extensive inspection plan and checks all the construction systems of the property.
