at the Quality Building Award 2024!
我們榮獲 2024 年優質建築大獎！

We are proud to share that our project “Staunton Street / Shing Wong Street Revitalization Project (H19)” has won the prestigious Quality Building Award (QBA) 2024 Grand Award in Hong Kong Building Revitalization / Renovation Category. This award celebrates projects that showcase outstanding teamwork and quality in the building industry. Our project work reflects our dedication to sustainable development and enhancing community wellness.

We extend our sincere thanks to the Urban Renewal Authority (URA), and all the teams who contributed to this success. Special recognition goes to the Quality Building Award jury and organizing committee, consisting of nine leading professional bodies: The Hong Kong Construction Association, The Hong Kong Institute of Architects, The Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers, The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, The Hong Kong Institute of Housing, The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, The Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency, The Hong Kong Chapter of International Facility Management Association, The Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong.
