Job Description

Responsibilities:

- To supervise and manage the production of projects, e.g. monitor and QC production progress in China or overseas contractors etc.
- Responsible for account servicing & business development, project management from budgeting, Client & Contractor coordination, production implementation, on-site set-up and dismantle supervision
- To liaise with sub-contractors, vendors, production team and design team for project preparation

Requirements:
- min 1 years working experience in exhibition or event management industry
- Good project management skills, multi-tasking, detail-minded and able to meet tight deadlines
- Presentable and posses good communication skills
- Must be detail-minded, efficient and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is highly preferred
