The humble phone booth: is it a leftover from the days of pay phones? A changing room for Super Heroes 🦸? In the modern office, it is an essential refuge for open office users to make private phone calls, have a 1-on-1 VC chat, or just to regroup mentally and focus for a moment. In a small office, you may have to make do with a "one size fits all" style, but in a larger space, you can diversify with single-person rooms, two-person VC spaces, think pods/tanks, and multi-function "wellness" rooms.
Interspace has designed and built countless phone booths in our design and build projects, and here are just a few. In where space is precious, we tend to build-to-order rather than purchase phone booths, since they are normally allocated to otherwise unusable space between columns, next to exit doors, and around other rooms/features with odd dimensions.
