Big week at MOR 21.

The formwork has come off the second-floor walls, and the new columns are standing with their starter bars in position for the next slab. The site's tower crane is also now up and running.

The structure at MOR 21 keeps climbing.

Modular column formwork panels are up on the new slab, braced and squared ahead of the next pour. Wall-formwork panels are already staged on deck, ready for the stage that follows — the site team is keeping the programme moving.

Second floor slab poured at MOR 21.

The concrete is down, column starter bars are standing, and formwork for the next floor's columns is already going up around the deck. The build is moving well, with handover scheduled for March 2027.

Concrete poured at Nagy Fuvaros 25, our second residential build here in Budapest.

The shuttered bay is cast and curing. Civil construction is progressing to European standards and Western practices.
