A Liszt Ferenc Zeneművészeti Egyetem Hangszerészképző Szakközépiskolájában végeztem 2007-ben cimbalomkészítő és -javító szakon. Népzenészként szerzett tapasztalataimat kamatoztatni tudom egy-egy új hangszer tervezésénél, így a több szempontból átgondolt kisebb cimbalmok igazodnak a mai igényekhez, méretüket és hangzásukat illetően egyaránt. Megalkotásuknál fontos szempont a szállíthatóság és a han
gtartás. Csökkentett súlyuknak, méretüknek és a megerősített szerkezetnek köszönhetően jobban bírják az utazást autóban, buszon, vagy akár repülőn. Ugyanakkor fontos számomra a cimbalomkultúra megőrzése, így a tradicionális koncertcimbalmok készítését és javítását is vállalom.

I have learnt the trade of manufacturing musical instruments at the famed Liszt Ferenc Music Academy of Budapest, acquring a craftsmanship specialized on building dulcimers. Being an active dulcimer player myself, I can capitalise on my experience of using these instruments in practice. This helps me every time at the design of a new instrument, to construct ergonomic, easy-to-use devices without being compromised on the sounding. Upon construction I keep lightness, robustness and reduced size in focus, to provide excellent portability. This novelty design allows the easy and hassle-free transport of my instruments. However I also committed myself to cultivate the dulcimer traditions, so I'm happy to build and repair conventional concert dulcimers as well.
