🚿 A bathroom renovation with a difference! 🛁

This unique attic bathroom underwent a complete transformation, with a lot of work involved behind the finished result.

The original shower was raised up on a large platform, with much of the pipework surface-mounted around the room. The bath pipework was also exposed, making the space feel cluttered and dated.

We completely stripped the bathroom back and redesigned the plumbing layout. All water pipes were dropped into the walls, and new waste pipes were installed and taken externally to create a cleaner, more practical finish. The raised shower platform was removed and the floor rebuilt to accommodate a modern, low-level walk-in shower tray.

The completed bathroom now features:

▪️ Large low-level walk-in shower
▪️ Slate-effect shower tray and frameless glass screen
▪️ Custom-built, fully illuminated shower niche
▪️ Concealed water pipework throughout
▪️ New externally routed waste pipework
▪️ Freestanding bath positioned beneath the skylight
▪️ Full marble-effect wall and floor tiling
▪️ Matt-black shower, bath taps and heated towel rail
▪️ Floating vanity unit with countertop basin
▪️ LED mirror and feature lighting
▪️ Complete plumbing, electrical and finishing works

The sloped attic ceilings made this a challenging and very unique project, but careful planning allowed us to make use of every available inch. The awkward angles have now become one of the room’s best features.

A massive transformation from the original bathroom — modern, bright, spacious and finished with no exposed pipework. 👌

🔧 Starting first fix on this little cracker of a project! 🔧

We’ve begun work on the renovation of this beautiful 100-year-old farmhouse cottage, bringing modern heating and plumbing while preserving the character of the home.

✅ Complete renovation project

This job involved a full revamp of an old heating system that was never operating correctly and had little to no proper controls in place.

✅ Installed a new 3 Zone NRG Link system

✅ Fitted a new Viessmann Vitodens 100-W boiler with a 12-year warranty
