The project involved taking down a 3 story building by hand only as the Main Street had to remain opened at all times as well as both footpaths as it was a Main Street wit a school at the top of the road safety was a huge priority. It involved taking down existing building and rebuilding in the new.

Project recently completed by Guia Construction Ltd. We managed nd ran this project from start to finish we demolished nd rebuild sections of this project nd totally renovated it in the new. We completed this project from start to finish in under 4 months we started on 25/1/2016 nd was opened 13/5/2016. Total number of days work on this project 94days. We wish Fiona Neville's Bar and Restaurant all the best and every success in the future. (Lot more photos to follow)
