Closing in on this on-site rooftop project for a highly valued contractor. A couple of days to add the finishing touches and we will move on to the next one. Kudos to the lads onsite on another super install.

Usually by the time our piping install gets lagged and cladded we are long gone. Was delighted to get these few photos of the final outcome on this DC project. And check out the workmanship on that cladding by Simon and his team at B&M absolutely flawless lads 👏👏

Last year we were delighted to be able to help in sponsoring (along with many other local Kilcock businesses) in the construction of a new Astro pitch @ Scoil Coca Naofa. Sport’s in school is an integral part of our kids progression and now come rain, hail or snow they have a surface that can accommodate them all.

We’re off and running again on our latest project. This one has a higher than normal working pressure (16bar) and being fuelled by both electric & bio-gas boilers.
All pre-made in our workshop and fitted by our experienced fitting crew. Great work by the lads 👏👏

Fabricated off-site in our workshop and fits like a glove on site !!
When fabrication can be achieved in our off site facility where mechanical aid is available, and not having to set up work zones daily on a roof of a 7 story building it greatly reduces the time and costs of these large piping projects.
Well done to the team on this one 👏👏

Today marked another significant milestone on this DC project. The latest delivery of modules left the workshop this morning and are currently siting in place on this roof top gantry where our onsite team have already started to connect together.

Works completed in a live Data Center this week.

Pipe freezing a method of creating a safe & temporary barrier in a piping system. Freezing can be easily affected by any flow of water, so this needs to be avoided due to the 3hr freeze time on a 10”(inch) pipe.

The benefit to the client for this procedure is ice plugs used act as a barrier and:

❄️Allows maintenance & modification works to be carried out without the need to fully shut down a system.

❄️ Reduces downtime within the facility & prevents unnecessary stoppages.
