⛳️🏌️ Reddy A+U Golf Day 2026 🏌️⛳️

What a fantastic day The Heritage Golf Resort for our annual Reddy A+U Golf Day!

There were plenty of laughs, some impressive shots, a few lost golf balls, and lots of friendly competition as teams battled it out around the course. Most importantly, it was a great opportunity for colleagues from across the practice to come together and enjoy a day away from the office.

A big thank you to The Heritage Golf Resort for being such wonderful hosts and to for their contribution to the day.

🌲 A little throwback to our evening at Zipit Forest Adventures Forest Adventures! 🌲

Before the month wrapped up, some of the Reddy A+U team headed to the Dublin Mountains for an afternoon of climbing, balancing, swinging and, of course, zip lining through the trees. 🌳💪

From tackling treetop obstacle courses to taking on zip lines (some more confidently than others 😅), it was a brilliant way to step outside the office, challenge ourselves and enjoy some fresh air together.

Here’s to making the most of the longer summer evenings. 🌿✨

Airton Rise | Airton Road, Tallaght

Designed by Reddy A+U, Airton Rise is a significant new residential development that delivers 502 new homes on the site of a former industrial facility, helping to bring much-needed housing to a well-connected part of Dublin.

The development combines high-density housing with generous landscaped courtyards, green spaces and resident amenities, creating a strong sense of community while enhancing the wider neighbourhood.

Congratulations to our client, project partners and the wider delivery team for helping to bring this ambitous project to life. 👏

We're delighted that the Bon Secours Hospital Limerick has been shortlisted for an RIAI Award 2026. ✨

Delivered in collaboration with (Design Architect) this landmark project represents a major investment in healthcare for the west of Ireland. It's fantastic to see the project recognised among this year's most innovative and exemplary architectural achievements.

The design combines high-quality finishes with state-of-the-art materials to create a refined space aligned with the brand’s identity.

The Ironworks | Dundrum, Dublin

A contemporary residential development bringing new life to Dundrum Town Centre. Designed for modern living, this Build-to-Rent scheme delivers 107 apartments alongside active ground floor amenities that enhance both resident experience and the wider urban environment.

Set above three levels of existing car parking, the project transforms a constrained site into a vibrant addition to the streetscape, introducing activity, visibility, and a stronger connection to its surroundings.

.ie has confirmed the signing of contracts with For the delivery of 129 new social and affordable homes at Emmet Gardens,Dundrum. The announcement marks a key milestone in the council’s housing programme.

Designed by Reddy A+U, the scheme will provide a mix of 1 and 2-bedroom homes across three thoughtfully designed blocks, alongside a new public park, communal open spaces and strong transport connectivity.

A positive step forward in addressing housing needs while creating vibrant, well-connected communities.👏
