I made the scary decision to reduce my capacity right down in the lead-up to the Summer because I knew I had family trips planned, a 2-week trip around Ireland & then an amazing but pretty unexpected house renovation to start 🏡

Even though I was working much less in my business I still managed to bring new enquiries and clients into my world....how?

Ever found yourself casually promising a flat fee incentive or a free strategy session in exchange for a referral? It seems simple enough, right?

But fast forward six months... that client just ‘cashed in’ their reward, and suddenly, you’re on the hook for a 90-minute session you hadn’t planned for 😳

I get it – you want to honour your word. But let’s be real: six months is a LONG time to be doling out unexpected incentives and scrambling to fit in extra sessions.

🚨 This is why having clear terms in place is crucial. Not only does it protect your time and resources, but it also ensures everyone is on the same page from the get-go.

Your terms should lay down the rules...

➡︎ What the incentive is for a specific offer
