Castlekemp Developments were recently contracted to demolish a dangerously damaged boundary wall and reinstate with additional pier and reinforced foundation. We also completed a CCTV survey of the drainage system which identified significant damage caused by works carried out by a prior trade. We completed rehab works to the damaged drainage system reinstating the printed concrete surround.

Renovation and extension works recently completed in a 5 bed property in Phibsborough. The criteria for this project was very clear. To improve the BER rating significantly. BER improved 7 spaces from a D2 to a B1!!!!
