All stud walls are now completed on this project, fully prepared for plasterboarding. Every detail has been considered, from layout to electrical positioning, setting the standard for everything that follows.

Great progress on this renovation project 🔨

This week marked a major milestone on site with all windows and doors delivered and fully installed. Getting to this stage is always a turning point in any build, as it brings the house one step closer to being fully sealed and protected from the elements.

You can already see the difference these installations make — the spaces are brighter, cleaner, and really starting to take shape. It gives both us and the client a proper feel for how the finished home is going to look and function.

Everything has been fitted to a high standard, ensuring energy efficiency, durability, and a clean finish ready for the next stages.

From here, the pace is going to pick up quickly over the coming weeks as we move into the next phases of the renovation. Plenty more progress ahead and we’re looking forward to sharing it.

Another major step forward on this full house renovation 🔨

We’ve completed the underfloor insulation throughout the entire house, followed by the installation of a full underfloor heating system, and finished it off with a screed subfloor across the whole property.

Every stage is about building it right from the ground up — ensuring warmth, efficiency, and a solid foundation for everything that comes next.

Everything is coming together piece by piece, and we’re only getting started.

Right now, this property is stripped back to its bare structure — exposed blockwork, open ceilings, no finishes, no fittings. Just a shell.

Over the coming weeks, we’re transforming it completely.

We’ll be installing everything that makes a house a home:

✔️ Full flooring throughout
